1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing inspirefxandartz.com or registering for any offline or online art course offered by Inspire Drawing and Painting Institute, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Academic Admissions & Batch Allotment
Admission to our Kids Art Academy, Adult Fine Arts Programs, and BFA/NATA Entrance Coaching is subject to seat availability in our air-conditioned Himayatnagar studio. Batch timings and 1-on-1 mentor allocations are coordinated directly by Academic Head Shilpa Dasoju and Lead Instructor Kishore Dasoju.
3. Intellectual Property & Student Artworks
All original curriculum syllabi, lesson structures, course frameworks, and proprietary instructional methodologies published on this website are the intellectual property of Inspire FX & Artz (Estd. 2000). Artworks created by students during their training remain their personal property; however, the institute reserves the right to exhibit original student works in annual public art galleries and on our digital portfolio for promotional and recognition purposes.
4. Code of Conduct & Studio Etiquette
Students must handle all studio easel equipment, reference library books, and shared tools with utmost respect and artistic discipline. Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure structured technical progression through our 6-level curriculum.
5. Modifications & Governing Law
We reserve the right to amend these terms at our discretion. Any disputes arising from services provided by Inspire Drawing and Painting Institute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
